Job Description
We seek a Plano, Texas-based Make Ready to join our team at Saxony at Chase Oaks Apartments. Your role is to prepare vacant apartments for rent and perform simple maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to our residents.
Requirements
- Thoroughly complete make-ready units on time
- Utilize your general maintenance skills to complete quality service work orders efficiently
- Proactively service the community pool
- Collaborate with team members for ideas and solutions
- Assist with grounds and maintain a pleasing curb appeal
- Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams
- Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service
- Promote a pleasant work environment for coworkers and guests
- Be dependable when scheduled for rotational on-call emergency duty - when applicable
