Make Ready - Saxony at Chase Oaks Apartments

The Make Ready Technician will prepare apartments for new move-ins by performing maintenance tasks, ensuring quality standards, and working with the maintenance and office teams.

Requirements

• 1+ year of apartment make-ready or maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
