Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced leasing professional to join our team as a Roving Leasing Manager. This role is designed for a seasoned leasing professional who can step in and support multiple communities facing staffing gaps, leasing challenges, or performance needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience
• Proven leasing performance with strong closing skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new teams, properties, and environments
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Yardi
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
