
Job description
We're looking for a full-time Customer Account Manager to join our Sales team reporting to the Director. This role is a remote role based in The United States. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales cycle and building a strong pipeline.
Follow and manage the Gainsight Sales Process, achieve sales quota for assigned territory and/or accounts, maintain proactive sales development activity, execute a thorough discovery process, articulate value messaging, manage complex sales cycles, conduct product demonstrations, collaborate with Customer Success department, respond to RFPs, work with Professional Services organization, develop industry and competitive product knowledge, and maintain a thorough understanding of the Gainsight product and services.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying business issues and creating value while managing multiple stakeholders and decision makers in a complex sales cycle.
