Job Description
Gainwell is seeking an Appeals Examiner to join their team in West Sacramento, CA. As an Appeals Examiner, you will review provider appeals, analyze and research appeal documentation, and maintain performance within defined quality and quantitative objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of medical claims and appeals experience, and be highly proficient with Microsoft products.
Requirements
- Total of (2) years or more in medical claims and appeals experience required.
- Experience working with medical insurance and/or medical terminology required.
- Highly proficient with exceptional level of accuracy required.
