Provider Enrollment Supervisor - Remote US

Gainwell is looking for a Provider Enrollment Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Medicaid provider enrollment activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding, revalidation, and maintenance of provider records. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare operations experience, proven people leadership, and the ability to manage performance in a client facing, metric driven environment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider enrollment, provider services, or Medicaid-related functions.
• 1–3+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience managing performance metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
