Job Description
Gainwell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing, across our healthcare technology platforms.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on work with GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision
- Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps practices, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a plus for experience in healthcare AI, healthcare data (such as claims and medical records), and understanding of regulatory standards like HIPAA and CMS
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
