Job Description
Galderma is seeking an AI Adoption Manager to drive the successful integration and adoption of AI solutions across the company. The role will involve developing adoption strategies, leading enablement and engagement, and building a global network of AI Champions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in change management, digital adoption, training/enablement, or transformation roles.
- Experience launching new digital tools at scale (communications, training, champion networks, support readiness).
- Exposure to AI solutions and associated risk considerations (privacy, security, responsible use) preferred.
- Demonstrated success measuring adoption and business value with data (usage analytics, KPI tracking).
- Comfortable operating in a global matrix environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
