Galderma is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate Manager to oversee the successful execution of clinical trials, leading a team of Clinical Trial Associates and ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 6-8+ years of experience in clinical research
- Proven experience managing and developing global CTA teams
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and sponsor-side clinical operations
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
