Job Description
Customer Service Specialist needed to manage incoming inquiries, provide customer support, and ensure compliant processing. Experience in customer service and fluency in German required.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Fluent German skills in speech and writing
- Good English skills
- Safe handling of CRM systems and MS Office
