Requirements
- Act as an internal subject matter expert for global sites and functions, advising, educating, and driving transformation, business process re-engineering, activities.
- Develop and implement global Galderma operational standards
- Lead improvement initiatives, working with key stakeholders to shape, manage, implement, and sustain improvement
- Build improvement capability focused on delivering value to our customers in the most productive way by teaching, coaching, mentoring, and supporting employees and teams to develop their operational excellence skills
- Promote the use of Lean Six Sigma and other relevant improvement methodologies, techniques, and principles, and support the development of an improvement-focused culture within key stakeholder groups.
- Drive the roll-out and adoption of the Lean Six Sigma approach to build a strong culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Promote effective and efficient knowledge management processes, internal and external best practice sharing, and drive rapid adoption across teams globally.
- Support an active learning environment with the aim of enhancing capabilities and ways of working.
