Galderma is seeking a Group FP&A Lead to join their Group Financial Planning and Analysis team, responsible for short-term planning processes, leadership of a high-performing FP&A team, and transformation of FP&A through process optimization and AI-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- 15 to 20 plus years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- Deep understanding of financial statements and planning processes
