Galderma is a dermatology category leader seeking a Production Engineer to ensure packaging in accordance with procedures, deadlines, health and safety rules, and standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience, 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry, and mastery of French and English.
Requirements
- Determine the methods of work and production cycle times for existing and new products
- Participate in the resolution of performance problems related to work methods
- Evaluate potential improvements and prioritize them based on objectives
- Lead and coordinate projects for the standardization of work methods and operation sequences
- Analyze processes affecting operations and lead improvement and time reduction projects
- Calculate and analyze production yields
- Follow standards and analyze deviations in Horoquartz
- Establish necessary production documentation
- Optimize resource utilization
- Make operational requests to Purchasing for all operational requests
- Review technical ranges with Specialists
- Anticipate preliminary and specific operations to be performed in advance
- Solve technical problems or report them to Maintenance
- Contribute to productivity improvement
- Follow and optimize scheduling
- Propose corrective actions in collaboration with Maintenance
