Medical Head, Distributor Partner Markets

Galderma is a dermatology category leader seeking a Medical Head, Distributor Partner Markets to support the execution of medical strategies and plans in distributor partner markets. The role requires providing medical expertise and ensuring high-quality scientific and medical advice, education, and information to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in Dermatology with a degree in health sciences
• At least 5 years of successful experience in Pharma environment with a proven prior experience in Medical Affairs
• Understanding of commercial context, possibly from prior clinical trial and/or medical affairs experience
• Medical and scientific writing skills
• Demonstrable experience of developing and presenting scientific/medical content at a variety of levels, including senior KOLs
• Understanding of local healthcare environment
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to interact with all levels within the organization and to deal with key opinion leaders and the medical/scientific communities
• Innovative and strategic thinking, good judgment and sense of ethics.
• Meeting planning and facilitation skills and Ability to interface effectively with a variety of technical platforms
• Ability to function in a team-oriented (matrix) environment
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
