Job Description
Galderma is seeking a Global Quality Project Manager to lead a high-profile, global Quality Management System (QMS) transformation from the ground up. The successful candidate will own a multi-year, enterprise-wide programme focused on simplifying, harmonising, and modernising Quality processes across regions, sites, and functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, or a related field
- 10+ years' experience in project or programme management within Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Operations, or R&D
- Proven experience leading large-scale, global transformation programmes, ideally in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, ISO standards, GxP requirements, and Quality processes
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and drive adoption across global organisations
- Experience working with digital Quality tools and platforms
- Project management or continuous improvement certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
