BOOKKEEPER

Bookkeeper position assisting the Accounting Department with payroll and general bookkeeping duties.

Requirements

• Process bi-weekly & monthly payroll using third party payroll vendor software.
• Manage time and attendance processes.
• Reconcile benefits payable invoices to payroll registers
• Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Handle daily bookkeeping functions and cash flow
• Compile data from a variety of sources and departments to balance and maintain spreadsheets.
