CLINICAL SUPPORT, CMA -North Pediatrics

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at North Pediatrics in Hixson, TN. The ideal candidate will have a Certified Medical Assistant certification, high school graduate or equivalent, and 1-3 years of clinical medical assistant experience. The role involves assisting providers with patient care, preparing examination and treatment rooms, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Verify patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit.
• Prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; reporting patient history summary.
• Collects data accurately and ensures that all information is entered into the patient’s medical record in EHR.
