Job Description
The EMR Coding Auditor facilitates improvement in medical record documentation quality, completeness, and accuracy. Performs medical record reviews and communicates with physicians to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient problem lists are documented in the EMR.
Requirements
- Certified as procedural coder
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Associates Degree in related field
- Minimum of two years of healthcare experience
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
