• Autonomous management of current accounting
• Accounting entry
• Bank reconciliation
• Participation in tax declarations
• Review of accounts
• Tracking of disbursements and relationship with suppliers
• Accounting assistance on the main company
• Help with entry of invoices
• Help with bank reconciliation
• Tracking of validations and reminder of payments
• Relationship with suppliers
• Tracking and management of fixed assets
• Tracking of customer collections and analysis of the Age balance
• Review of accounts
• Participation in quarterly and annual closures
• Management control
• Commercial and real estate activities
• Participation in cash flow forecasting
• Participate in the construction of the budget and 3-year plan
• Optimize and automate management tables
• Administrative management
• Reception and mail management
• Participation in archiving
