Alternance - Gestionnaire de Patrimoine Immobilier (H/F)

ESG Immobilier is recruiting for an internship position as a real estate asset manager for its partner company. This contract in alternation allows you to combine academic theory and enriching professional practice within a company.

Requirements

• Formation: Bac+5 in real estate, asset management
• Good understanding of the issues related to the management of real estate assets
• Basic knowledge of real estate law, taxation and urban planning
• Mastering of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, asset management software type IKOS, SPI, Thetrawin...)
