Requirements
- Prospect in BtoB to develop portfolio of partner companies and source apprenticeship needs
- Develop and consolidate existing partnerships to promote upselling
- Source apprenticeship offers on various job boards
- Work with Admissions Managers to ensure candidate profiles match company needs
- Promote apprenticeship training to businesses/Human Resources contacts
- Organize recruitment events on campus
- Monitor daily business activity via KPIs
- Report daily activity via internal management tools
