HR People Development Manager (m/w/d)

Galileo Global Education is seeking an HR People Development Manager to join their team in Göttingen. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and organizing training and leadership development programs, as well as providing operational support for the Learning Management System. The role requires a strong background in HR, education or organization, with a willingness to work in a dynamic team and build structures. Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on HR, education or organization
• First experiences in HR, training, event management or administration
• Ability to work in a new team and build structures
• Safe handling of MS Office and digital tools
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
