Requirements

• Launch recruitment campaign
• Define a candidate profile
• Pilot dissemination of recruitment
• Manage all applications received
• Conduct a pre-selection of candidates
• Perform interviews
• Evaluate skills and adaptability
• Write summaries of interviews
• Follow-up of activity and integration of candidates
• Elaborate hiring proposals
• Ensure the link with schools for administrative procedures
• Write contracts, conventions and OCP declarations
• Perform regular activity reporting
• Participate in communication strategy towards schools
• Participate in school and job fairs
