Job description
As the Client Manager, you will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher's clients by actively managing client accounts. You will work with our sales team to ensure client satisfaction. We will rely on your leadership skills to help guide our Client Service Associates and create a learning environment.
You will manage increasingly complex accounts with a strong focus on self-funded business while collaborating with senior teammates. You will create effective client deliverables, support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process, and resolve service-related issues independently.
