The Project Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities. The role combines organizational efficiency with project delivery oversight.
Responsibilities include diary and meeting management, travel and event logistics, inbox and communication management, document and presentation preparation, expenses, project planning and tracking, governance and reporting, cross-functional coordination, content and research support, and action management.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools, and the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
