Job Description
The Dorm Assistant assists Residence Education personnel with monitoring and supervising high school students, ensuring school policies are followed, tracking attendance, and assisting students with homework assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum two years college/university coursework
- Knowledge and understanding of adolescent needs and characteristics and deafness
- Familiarity with residence hall program management and student discipline
- First aid/CPR certification
- Fluency in American Sign Language
