The Marketing Representative is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role involves performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, internet usage, and customer service
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in word processing, property management software (preferably Yardi), spreadsheets, and internet-based marketing tools
