Maintenance Supervisor

The Service Director oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include maintaining adequate inventory, developing and maintaining clear and sequenced plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree is preferred
• 2 to 3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Valid Certified Pool Operator or a Certified Spa and Pool Operator certificate
• All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Current valid driver’s license
