Maintenance Technician

Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet company standards. Assists with maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs. Demonstrates customer service skills and communicates effectively with residents and team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Current valid driver's license
• Property management system experience
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and work peacefully with co-workers and residents
