Maintenance Technician - Meadow Glen Village

Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. Completes maintenance related tasks, prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing, and assists in maintaining the grounds and common areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Mathematical skills necessary to complete basic maintenance duties
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Current valid driver's license
