Job Description
Employee Benefits Attorney needed for full-time position in Chicago or Milwaukee office. Seeking attorney with 1-8 years of experience in ERISA health and welfare benefits and/or health insurance regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member of the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- 1-8 years of relevant experience in ERISA health and welfare benefits and/or health insurance regulatory compliance
- Strong research, regulatory analysis, and drafting skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
