We are seeking a mid-level employment law attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join our high-performing team. This role focuses on management-side employment litigation and counseling, including wage & hour disputes, class actions, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation matters.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois or eligible for admission.
- 5-7 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on management-side representation.
- Strong litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Knowledge of wage & hour laws, EEO regulations, and class action litigation.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client advisory and relationship-building skills.
