As a Family Law Attorney, you will manage cases, provide support to other attorneys, and develop family law cases through research and litigation.
Requirements
- Manage own cases and provide support to other attorneys on complex cases
- Litigate family law matters from start to finish with courtroom experience
- Develop family law cases through research
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Attend depositions, mediation, and hearings
- Review and analyze legal documents with strong organization and time management skills
- Communicate effectively with clients, outside attorneys, and support staff with high personal integrity and professional ethics
- Track and manage billable hours
