Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our Cleveland, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical and writing skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in Ohio
- 3-8 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with clients
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
