Requirements
- Provide best-in-class guest service
- Support the total shopping environment
- Promptly and accurately process guest purchases/return transactions
- Respond to guest comments or questions
- Promote GameStop's unique guest benefits
- Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations
- Observe associate performance
- Provide timely and appropriate feedback
- Ensure store associates have completed all onboarding, job training, and compliance training
- Along with the Store Manager, schedule store associates
- Approve payroll
- Ensure that all areas of the store are clean, organized, and merchandised
- Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices
- Support store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals
- Perform store inventory counts
- Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals correctly
- Verify all shipments for discrepancies/shortages
- Process defectives/recalls and stock pulls accurately
- Maintain awareness of associate and guest safety
- Assist in maintaining store records/files
- Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures
