Requirements
- Provide best-in-class guest service
- Support the total shopping environment
- Promptly and accurately process guest purchases/return transactions
- Respond to guest comments or questions in person or on the phone

- Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations for store associates
- Observe associate performance and provide timely feedback
- Provide timely and appropriate recognition and feedback to all store associates
- Ensure store associates have completed all onboarding, job training, and compliance training
- Schedule store associates and ensure that the scheduling guidelines are followed
- Approve payroll and enter paid time off
- Ensure that all areas of the store are clean and organized
- Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices
- Support store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals
- Perform store inventory counts, stock merchandise, and count and balance daily business transaction totals
