Requirements

- Promptly and accurately process guest purchases/return transactions
- Respond to guest comments or questions

- Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations
- Observe associate performance, provide feedback, and address unsatisfactory performance
- Ensure store associates have completed all onboarding, job training, and compliance training
- Schedule store associates and supervise staffing levels
- Approve payroll and enter paid time off
- Ensure that all areas of the store are clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines
- Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices
- Support store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals
- Perform store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store
- Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals correctly and accurately
- Verify all shipments for discrepancies/shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system
- Process defectives/recalls and stock pulls accurately and promptly
- Maintain awareness of associate and guest safety and identify and address potentially hazardous situations
- Assist in maintaining store records/files in a neat and organized manner
