Requirements
- Provide best-in-class guest service
- Support the total shopping environment
- Promptly and accurately process guest purchases/return transactions
- Respond to guest comments or questions

- Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations
- Provide timely and appropriate feedback to all store associates
- Ensure store associates have completed all onboarding and job training
- Approve payroll and ensure store associates are paid for all time worked
- Protect company assets through effective inventory control
- Support store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals
- Perform store inventory counts and stock merchandise
- Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals
- Verify all shipments for discrepancies/shortages
- Maintain awareness of associate and guest safety
