Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to join our team in Hamburg or Berlin, responsible for developing and implementing email and lifecycle marketing strategy, and shaping and developing our CRM strategy from the ground up.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
- Practical experience in implementing campaigns and automations
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven work approach
- Fluency in English
- Background in e-commerce, D2C, or digital products
