Assistant Contracts Administrator

The Assistant Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing support in the management of all project-related commercial and contractual matters within the project. Key responsibilities include assisting with the administration of the head contract and subcontracts, supporting project delivery, risk management, reporting, and project closeout activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor-level study in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent industry learning.
• 1–3 years’ experience in contracts administration, project support, or commercial roles in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to construction contracts, variations, claims management, and project reporting processes
• Awareness of commercial, legal, and risk issues impacting project delivery.
