Job Description
DT Infrastructure is a trusted provider of engineering and construction solutions seeking an experienced Pre-Contract Commercial Manager for its NSW business unit. The role will involve shaping robust commercial agreements, leading commercial activities during the pre-contract phase, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and mitigate future risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law or Engineering discipline
- 10+ years of demonstrable commercial management experience in the construction sector
- Proven experience in the successful commercial management and delivery of complex projects
- Deep understanding of construction law, various contract forms and relevant state and federal regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and sound judgment
