Contracts Administrator

DT Infrastructure is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to join their team on the Ormeau Rail Facility project in Ormeau. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the commercial and contractual delivery of a major rail infrastructure project. The role involves procurement, subcontract administration, cost control, and reporting, ensuring contracts are effectively managed from tender through to final account. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile transport infrastructure project while developing commercial expertise in a dynamic site-based environment.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar, with 3+ years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator or commercial role.
• Experience within civil or infrastructure projects (rail experience highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documentation, with sound commercial acumen.
• Highly organised with strong communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
