We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead electrical design across major renewable energy projects in Queensland. The role involves leading design consultants, driving integration with construction, and delivering safe, compliant, and cost-effective design outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 12+ years' experience with 3–5 years leading engineering teams
• Proven experience in solar or renewable energy project delivery
• Strong understanding of full lifecycle design management in infrastructure
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills
