As a Senior Environmental Advisor, you will drive environmental compliance, sustainability performance, and continuous improvement across the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program's major rail infrastructure project. The role involves leading environmental inspections, audits, incident investigations, and implementing practical controls to promote proactive environmental outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven environmental advisory experience within construction, infrastructure, transport, energy, or similarly complex project environments
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation, compliance obligations, and environmental management systems
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations, and environmental risk management activities
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Relevant qualifications in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or a related discipline
• A practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach with strong communication and organisational skills
