Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the finance team and provide high-level financial analysis, reporting and advice to support the Company in the achievement of its’ strategic and financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree in Accounting
• Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)/ Chartered Accountant (CA)
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a construction project finance role, with at least 5 years in a senior position within the construction or transport infrastructure sector
• Strong experience in project finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a tier-one civil or building contractor environment
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
