Senior Supervisor - Site

Responsible for proper deployment of company's resources and ensuring compliance to work standards by coordinating, planning, and supervising workers.

Requirements

• Controlling of work execution in accordance to time, safety and quality requirement.
• Planning for daily construction operations.
• Monitor work progress and determine actions/steps to mitigate delays or obstruction.
• Check work quality and arrange for necessary inspection by client at all stages.
• Maintain daily work record for submission to Site Engineer or the superior of the Clerk of Works
• Liaise with construction team on site requirement and condition.
• Coordinate with consultant on all matters related to structure work and convey their requirement to supervisors.
• Arrangement of resources for day to day works
• Arrangement of necessary inspection by clients/Clerk of Works at every stages of work
• Close NCR/PARs/SWO within the time frame given
• Provide relevant information and reports to immediate superior regularly. Eg: Daily or weekly
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
