Job Description
Join the Gándara team as an Assistant Youth Program Director in the Springfield, MA area. The role is a leadership position that oversees the day-to-day operations of a youth program, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for clients. The Assistant Program Director will provide support to staff, promote client development, and implement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology
- At least two years of experience in Human Services
- Valid driver's license and a vehicle to transport clients
- Ability to pass EEC background check
