We are looking for several employees for our customer's 1st Level Onsite IT-Support in Frankfurt am Main. Responsibilities include providing 1st Level Client Support, accepting disturbances, and processing requests.
Support standard applications, use the knowledge database, exchange with colleagues, document and process tickets in the ticket system.
Ideal for those with technical vocational training or comparable experience, interested newcomers welcome. Good German and English language skills required.
