Job Description
Gantri is seeking a Director of Design to lead brand design, UI/UX, and creative. The ideal candidate will have exceptional taste and a track record of building cohesive, elevated brand experiences for design-forward, tech-enabled consumer companies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand design, digital design, or creative direction
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Deep fluency in both brand and digital design
- Experience building and leading small, high-performing design / creative teams
- Strong understanding of e-commerce UX, responsive design, and how great design drives conversion
