Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for social media
- Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok
- Proven ability to edit and produce video content independently
- Strong visual taste and an eye for composition, lighting, and pacing
- Genuine interest in design, fashion, home decor, interiors, or furniture
- Comfort working quickly and iterating based on performance
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple content pieces per week
- Strong written communication skills for captions and light copy
